Fish Die-Off on Jack's Lake

PLEASE REPORT YOUR OBSERVATIONS !!!

Over the past 12-15 days, there have been several reports of dead fish in various parts of Jack Lake.
 
This information has been reported to the local office of the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry and they have asked that we continue to report any observations specifically the following:

- Date(s) that dead fish were observed.
- Where on the lake were dead fish seen; was there more than one location on the lake?
- What species were involved in the fish kill?
- How many dead fish were seen at each/every site?
- Have there been any signs of abnormalities or illness on the observed dead fish?
- Was there any obvious cause for the fish kill observed?
- Name(s) of observers
